Hi,
We have a PDK 3000 and DL-Windows3.6.3
Everything's worked great for 5 years now but I've started having trouble. When I use the "receive from lock" feature I'm getting an error #0 bad data in the event log. It wouldn't clear for some time and then a few days later I tried it again and it downloaded the log just fine. But now it's back to that error.
Suggestions?
Thank you!

With the unit being 5 years old, it could have data corruption. Try defaulting the unit and then reprogramming it. If that does not work, then the unit will need to be replaced.
